Song One

Photo by Tonya Wise for APInvision Pictures East Ender and Philanthropist Jean Shafiroff hosted a screening and dinner in celebration of the film Song One with The Film Arcade and Cinedigm and in recognition of The New York Women’s Foundation on January 22 at the Palm Restaurant in Beverly Hills.

Guests gathered at the CAA Screening Room for a special screening, where the film’s writer and director Kate Barker-Froyland and lead actress Anne Hathaway welcomed the audience. The screening was followed by a private seated dinner at the new Palm Restaurant Beverly Hills. Singer Lionel Richie made a surprise appearance at the restaurant.

Attendees included host Shafiroff along with Hathaway, Adam Shulman, Barker-Froyland, Thomas Froyland, Susan Blakely, Billy Zane, Gary Busey, Rebecca Dayan, Illeana Douglas, Nastassja Kinski, Heather Matarazzo, Penelope Ann Miller, Ben Platt, Tony Revolori, Peter Mark Richman, Dominique Swain, Jess Weixler, and Madeline Zima.
