LEFT HAND, an espresso bar that opened recently in Montauk, was inspired by a shared love of good coffee and the coffee culture itself. Owners Yannis Papagianni and Larry Siedlick are neither trying to reinvent the wheel, nor cater to the masses. LEFT HAND simply wants to serve coffee the way they think it deserves to be served, and how they like to drink it, in the heart of Downtown Montauk.
