DazeDish: Grilled Corn With Cilantro Butter

Ingredients (serves 4) 8 ears of corn (shucked) 4 tbs butter at room temperature 2tbsp crème fraiche 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp mayonnaise ¼ c grated parmesan cheese 1 tbsp lemon zest 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp black pepper ¼ c chopped cilantro 1 tsp cayenne pepper 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp curry powder Method Begin by heating the grill to medium heat. A gas grill should be set around 350 to 375 degrees. Place the shucked corn on the top roasting rack of the grill. Mix all other ingredients together in a bowl until thoroughly incorporated. Brush the buttery mixture over the corn and shut the grill cover. Rotate and brush corn with cilantro butter every 3 to 4 minutes for 30 minutes. Enjoy.
