St. John was this year's fashion Honoree at the 11th Annual Samuel Waxman Cancer Research Foundation's A Hamptons Happening event.
St. John is an American luxury house that was founded in 1962 on the premise of a simple, yet elegant knit dress. Over the years, the brand has evolved, but the basis for the collection remains the same today as it did from the very start — updated classics, timeless and elegant clothing that appeals to women all over the world.
“As philanthropy is a significant and deeply ingrained part of the St. John brand, we are incredibly honored to be a part of the eleventh annual A Hamptons Happening fundraiser. We are thrilled to support the Samuel Waxman Cancer Research Foundation, as it is an amazing international organization and truly a pioneer in funding cutting-edge cancer research,” said Leta Saveikis, Vice President of Retail - Boutiques for St. John.
This year the event broke previous fundraising records in its 11-year history, bringing in over $500,000 for cancer research.
