FashBash: Trunk Shows This Weekend At Urban Zen In Sag Harbor

Urban Zen in Sag Harbor will host two trunk shows this weekend:

Coast by Coast Trunk Show, a nomadic lifestyle shop, will be at Urban Zen on Saturday and Sunday from noon to 5 PM. Coast by Coast is an innovative lifestyle retailer inspired by the nomadic nature of travel. Curated through a surf and swim lens, founders Jordana Longo and Kristen Cleary launched their mobile shop out of a customized 1972 Volkswagen bus this summer selling designer swim and lifestyle brands that unite style and function to outfit beach goers and city dwellers for life by the water.

AAYENDA Jewelry Trunk Show will take place Saturday, August 1, from 2 to 7 PM. AAYENDA, Afghanistan’s first jewelry brand owned by the nonprofit organization Future Brilliance US, is dedicated to fostering economic stability and empowerment through work opportunity for hundreds of Afghan artisans. The brand has employed over 1200 local artisans who work in the rural villages of northern Afghanistan, with the jewelry finishings taking place in 10 workshops based in Kabul, employing over 50 artisans.
