On May 28 Gurney's Montauk presented the launch of the Residences at Gurney's and unveiling of the model home. Ryan Serhant of Nest Seekers International and one of the stars of Bravo's "Million Dollar Listing" show, led the tours. Hors d'oeuvres and cocktails were served. Eddie Shapiro, President and CEO of Nest Seekers International, and various brokers were in attendance also.
