Todd Jacobs Is New Executive Chef At red|bar brasserie

red|bar brasserie in Southampton has announced that Todd Jacobs will be taking over the kitchen as the new Executive Chef. Long time Chef de Cuisine Mike Ronzino and the entire red|bar brasserie family are excited to have him on board. A fixture in the Southampton community for almost 20 years, the restaurant is well-known for some of their traditional dishes and these will be staying on the menu. Jacobs will be infusing his own personal flavors into the restaurant with weekly specials and some of those dishes may find their way onto the menu permanently. These items will feature all local and natural ingredients, as well as vegan cuisine.
