The Phoenix Chapter is a local East Hampton cover band that started spring of 2015. The band consist of Long Island natives Lorena Garcia (Vocalist), Dylan Sanicola (Guitarist), Jeff Lyons (Drummer), and Smokin Joe Haines (Bassist).
